Q: I'm traveling all over the States during the summer, can you ship to a hotel address?

A: I'm more than happy to help you out. And try my best to ship your order as soon as we can, wherever you are. When I was working in the Minor League, I asked my family in Japan to send me some stuffs to cities where I was working in. So Please just put your home address to settle your order and give me your schedule for next five series. Or you can simply mention that you are traveling. I'll reach out to you when your order is ready so I can confirm your hotel address.

Q: Why is it members only?

A: I originally started this website to help my close friends out. And I am single handedly running this website. So I want to keep this website which I can responsibly handle by myself with good communication and friendly atmosphere. Of course, if you have friends who are interested in Japanese equipments, I'm happy to help them out too! Umpire is brotherhood, right? Please suggest them to email me from "Contact Us" with "Membership Inquiry" subject.

Q: It’s very expensive…

A: I know… To be honest with you, it was not affordable for me to use Japanese protective gears when I was in the Minor. Japanese umpire gears are 1.5 – 2 times expensive compared to American ones. But I hope you can find it to be of quality.

Q: Why us?

 

A: Japanese umpire gears are widely known for it's quality, for example SSK is official umpire partner of the World Baseball and Softball Confederation (WBSC). Also, I have a lot of friends who are interested in the products. However, there is no shop with daily English operation for Japanese umpire equipments. We offer daily end to end customer service in English. Furthermore, we can provide quality advice on our products from our on field professional experience both in Japan and in the States.

 

Q: I want to get Japanese equipment which is not in your shop.

 

A: Please reach out to us from “Contact Us” and choose “New Product Request” subject. We will try best to add your gear to our list. Your ideas, and opinions make our shop more convenient for you!

 

Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?

 

A: We use the popular banking system STRIPE, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details, store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. All orders are processed securely, 100% of the time.

We accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit card payments.

 

Q: How much duties and taxes do I have to pay?

 

A: Japanese local taxes will not be charged for international shipping. However, please note that we have no control over duties, import taxes and custom fees which might be charged by tax authority in your country.
